This is my 500th post. There were many times when I thought I would pack it in. While it is not a major milestone in my life this blog has helped me out in a variety of ways. First, I have a reason to do research on issues I'm concerned about. Second, I have had the opportunity to correspond with many people and share knowledge. Finally, blogging has allowed me to put my opinion out there and reach a few people without being a raving lunatic on a street corner. Thanks taking time to read what I think.
