Where's the Green Stimulus?

I've been wondering what a green stimulus package would contain. With the talk of new roads, bridges and sewers I have not heard many specifics about what will actually be done. Apparently part of the plan is to improve the economy with environmentally sensitive development. Unfortunately, it looks like business as usual. Money for automakers and new roads to drive on are not top environmental measures. However, it is a part of environmentalism that has been promoted in the mainstream. I don't know what to call it but, in my opinion, it looks like a way to keep doing everything we've done to get us here just with a little less waste. Maybe expectations were too high during the presidential campaign and the idea of transforming to a green economy was just too good to be true. It must be difficult to come up with any sensible policy when everyone is scared that they will lose their job and home but I'm afraid that we'll end up maintaining the status quo.
