BPA is back in the news with a new report showing that we are chronically exposed to this chemical and levels in humans are above safe limits. The current edition of Reproductive Toxicology has the report.
The chemical and plastics industry obviously disagrees with the idea that BPA is unsafe. There is even a website with their own studies and information. I'm not sure who is behind the website but it can be found out.
I'm always fascinated that we continue to allow products to remain on the market because there is still a "debate" on how much harm it causes. If it causes any harm should it be sold? I guess the tobacco hypocrisy allows pretty much anything to be sold.
