Toyota Develops PHEV

Tesla has announced how that it has received over 500 orders for it's roadsters. I think Toyota may sell a few more. This morning they announced approval for PHEV tests for Japanese public roads with plans for Europe and the U.S. We'll see how this develops as they don't have anything formal in place for the U.S. roads.
