Here is a reminder of which produce you should considerer buying organic. These fruits and vegetables have been tested and contain the highest levels of pesticides.
Fruit- Nectarines, Peaches, Apples, imported Grapes, Strawberries, Pears, Raspberries and Cherries
Vegetables- Celery, sweet Bell Peppers, Potatoes, Lettuce, Spinach, Carrots, Green Beans and Cucumbers
Other foods to consider buying organic- Rice, Oats and Nuts.
