Unhealthy food, prices and more

I have done a fair bit of writing on different aspects of food, health and the environment. With rising food prices being in the news lately I thought it would be a good time to make most of my posts on this topic readily available. Many of the posts can be found here.

In North America we are fortunate that our effect will be simply in the prices. Other parts of the world where food staple prices are increasing dramatically, large numbers of people will be starving. There are a number of factors causing the price increases and we need to be aware of what we are eating and how it impacts the environment, the economy and our health.
