I just found out about this product but didn't understand how it could work. After reading this article I get it. It sounds relatively simple in principle. The Lotus system generates ozonized water that is used to sanitize surfaces and can remove most pesticide residues from your fruits and vegetables.
I really want to use one of these and think it is a great idea. I would like to research some fo the science behind it to be sure. It definitely sounds good.
